Hi, I’m Roli – thanks for dropping by!

I’m a therapist and life coach who specialises in working with new parents, mums to be and women who are childless not by choice.

So why share your story with me? Let me tell you a little more about mine.

My story

I’ve worked in the corporate world as a marketing and communications professional in FTSE100 companies for over 20 years. When I became a mum, after years of fertility issues, I decided to train part-time as a counsellor to help other women struggling during this stage of their lives.

But despite my dream of starting my own practice, I found it difficult to leave the successful, well-paid career that I’d worked so hard to build. I’d always felt the pull to start my own business, but I was terrified of going it alone.

Fast forward some time later and – while still working full-time – I trained as a therapeutic coach. I loved it and realised I couldn’t contain my passion project any longer. I now have my own counselling and coaching business (alongside my corporate job) so I enjoy the best of both worlds.

And the best bit? I now support women through the tough times, but also help them pursue their dreams, rediscover joy and live their lives with purpose beyond parenthood – just like me.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change

Why work with me?

I am one of the few ‘therapeutic coaches’ in the UK, which means I offer both counselling and life coaching services to clients. And as a specialist in working with professional women and mothers, I am well-versed in supporting people like you get the help you need.

Whether it’s enabling you to process your issues in a non-judgemental way (counselling) or holding you to account so you can live the life of your dreams beyond ‘just’ being a parent (coaching) – either way – the work we do together can be life changing and one of the best self-care investments you’ll ever make.

If you’re having problems conceiving, are anxiously pregnant or having difficulties coping with a new baby or young children, you’ve come to the right place for therapy. Or if you find yourself at a crossroads in your life and need support to make meaningful change through coaching, please get in touch.

Together we can make sense of what’s making you feel stuck and heal the wounds
towards a more positive and healthy mindset.

Training & experience

As well as being educated to Master’s level and a law graduate, I have a L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a L5 Coaching for Counsellors Certificate, both accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also trained in remote therapy practice, so I am well-versed in providing effective support over the phone and online.

In addition to my specialised private practice, I’ve worked at a charity that supports adults with various mental health challenges and I am also a bereavement support volunteer.

As a member of the BACP, I adhere to its strict ethical and professional framework and its requirements for ongoing supervision and continued professional development
