Taking steps to find a therapist or life coach can be nerve-wrecking and many people find it hard to choose between the many different counsellors and coaches out there.
As we’d be working closely together, you need to feel comfortable with me. I ask all new clients to complete a short form outlining their situation and what they’re hoping to achieve from our sessions.
We can then schedule an initial session or discovery call where you can find out more about me, ask me any questions and work out whether we’d be a good fit together. If I’m not the best person to help you right now, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.

If you decide you’d like more sessions following our initial call, we can agree a regular time to meet – either online or over the phone – as appropriate.
